Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (at an additional charge)

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 may incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

Return Eligibility

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging are intact

• It is not an excluded or non-returnable item

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, accessories, and custom-stitched or personalized products

• Items marked as Final Sale

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@luvetra.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

3. Send the product back within 5 days of return approval.

Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free.

• For all other reasons, return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.
